Couriers & Postal Service

Our shipping partners are industry leaders with a very good reputation.

Depending on the product you have purchased and the destination of delivery as well as place of pick up, we use several different delivery partners.

Once you make your order, you will receive a tracking reference from our system with courier details and a weblink to keep up to date with the tracking information.

If it has been 2 business days and you have not received your tracking link, please get in touch with customer service.

Delivery Timeframe

We always strive to make our deliveries as fast as possible. Most orders should be making final delivery within 5 days on certain items it can be a maximum of 15 days, there are exceptions but this is generally the maximum amount of time you will wait for an order.

After making a purchase you should receive an email covering all your specific delivery and tracking information. 

You can rest easy as your purchase is fully insured with our delivery couriers, in case there are any delivery issues and the parcel is lost, we will fully refund your purchase or re-ship at no extra cost.
